Melissa grew in the great city of Cloquet, in Northern Minnesota. "It is a place that has all four wonderful seasons!" Winter is the longest at of all the seasons. Most of her family still lives there. When teaching in California Melissa met Jody Flaget, the man of her life. "We moved up to Washington for a few years. After we got married we were both teaching at this school. One of her favorite memory's was the time when she danced with Zaniac the science guy at the elementary assembly, earlier this year.
